Delivering market leading aircraft interiors for commercial, corporate and private clients internationally, Starling provides a bespoke outfitting service from wall to wall and floor to ceiling for all aircraft cabins, including: Airbus A321, A330, A340; Boeing BBJ, B777, B747; Bombardier Global; Cessna Citation; Beechcraft Kingair; Britten-Norman Islander; as well as rotary aircraft, including the AugustaWestland AW139, AW169; and Sikorsky S-92. Our expert team brings a vast pool of design, certification, engineering and manufacturing knowledge and experience to client projects.
Wardrobes
Starling Aerospace can design, fabricate, paint and certify any wardrobe or other modular storage unit for commercial, corporate and VIP aircraft, as well as helicopters.
Aqua Transfer
Featuring a 1.2 metre x 3.4 metre tank with robotic arm, automated film lay and activation system, Starling Aerospace can dip full-sized side ledges, bulkheads, panels and sliding doors, as well as small parts.

Seat covers
Starling Aerospace has more than 20 years of experience in designing and producing new aircraft seat covers certified for any 9G or 16G aircraft or helicopter, in a range of materials.
Lavatories
Starling Aerospace is a specialist in the turnkey design and manufacture of upgraded aircraft lavatories. Our team can refurbish the lavatory module in-house or provide a refurbished kit of parts for MRO installation.

In 2023, Starling Aerospace became the first and only UK aerospace company to operate a 3-in-1 CNC perforating, stitching and embroidery combined machine. Additionally, the company upgraded its sewing shop with the installation of six fully automated Juki sewing machines, which complement our Gerber automated CNC leather and fabric cutter and standalone foam laminating machine.
