Our in-house composite shop complements our Part 21J approved design team to build special mission composite structures, ranging from dog boxes to complete stateroom bulkhead systems. We hold stock of flat panels, inserts, pre-preg and adhesives, to minimise production lead times.

CNC routers link directly to design data to produce manufactured parts to the highest quality. Pre-preg and layup structure is precisely controlled by in-house manufactured tooling and cured in vacuum ovens to ensure adherence to the highest quality standards. Completed parts can be finished in paint, Tedlar, leather or Ultraleather®.

Our own autoclave facilitates the fabrication of interior panels, fixtures and fittings, from pre-preg carbon fibre. Using this reinforced material, which is pre-impregnated with a resin system and curing agent, results in the manufacture of superior strength and lighter weight products, to a consistently high finish.

Our aerospace engineers can design new cabinetry to meet your specific requirements. Our facilities include refurbishment of existing cabinetry, as well as the building, veneering and fitting of new units.
