We have the technology and skills capability to transform standard seat frames into a stylish corporate and VIP application, utilising a variety of foam densities and seat coverings, to optimise comfort and styling, in line with your individual or company brand specifications.
For commercial airlines, we provide both Business and Economy seat alterations to OEM manuals, to include leg spacing modifications. Our Seat Enhancement Programme offers extensive modification options, involving new styles, foam bases, fabric or leather covers.
Our in-house Five Axis CNC router has a capacity of 125 cubic feet, which means large-scale flat panel or 3D composites can be fabricated to support compound curve assemblies.
