Starling Aerospace is one of the leading providers of bespoke aircraft interior seating, that meets the requirements for 16G and 9G certification. We also design, manufacture and modify other interior structures, including HiLo tables, galleys, monuments, sinks, mirrors, berthable divan beds, dog boxes and bespoke storage solutions.

We have the technology and skills capability to transform standard aircraft seat frames into a stylish corporate and VIP application, utilising a variety of foam densities and seat coverings, to optimise comfort and styling, in line with your individual or company brand specifications.

For commercial airlines, we provide both Business and Economy seat alterations to OEM manuals, to include leg spacing modifications. Our Seat Enhancement Programme offers extensive aircraft seat modification options, involving new styles, foam bases, fabric or leather covers.

Our in-house Five Axis CNC router has a capacity of 125 cubic feet, which means large-scale flat panel or 3D composites can be fabricated to support compound curve assemblies.
