Starling Aerospace has the in-house capabilities to plan and implement any aircraft interior overhaul and repairs, not only to standard CMM manuals but also special modifications to all cabin components, from lavatories and sinks, to backlit mirrors, galleys and stowages. Our two onsite paint booths provide the flexibility to meet tight schedules and we are able to achieve a range of paint finishes, which comply with CAA, FAA and EASA flammability and toxicity requirements.

So that your aircraft cabin stays in prime condition, Starling Aerospace offers its Smart Repair System. Whether it’s rips to seats, stains, or excessive wear on leather, Ultra-Leather, carpets, wood veneer or Tedlar surfaces, we’ve got you covered. Our specialised kits will bring your interior upholstery back to brand-new condition quickly and efficiently. We also have an experienced team ready to dispatch for on-wing repairs, ensuring minimal downtime.
