Masters in seat refurbishment

Holding Part 145, Part 21G and Part 21J approvals, Starling Aerospace is an industry leading provider of services for the refurbishment of aircraft seats, both 9G and 16G certified. Our in-house facility enables our team to manufacture seat foams, covers, trim panels, as well as a full cut and sew service. All of Starling’s modification work is approved through Minor Modifications with a Form 1 release. Our business has significant experience in flammability testing for seat materials and we manage all aspects of cabin material flammability testing at our facility, in a dedicated burn chamber. This process facilitates smoke density and heat release qualification for certification, seat foam and cover combination burn tests and the qualifications of all aircraft specific fabrics, leathers, plastics, signage and wiring.
